A BRIEF TIMELINE
Simon Koumjian III is the founding architect of SK3 SpaceVariations,LLC that specializes in architectural design, furniture, functional art, and design consulting with a focus on new health and wellness life styles. Over the past 27 years, Simon has accomplished a variety of projects ranging from hospital and research laboratories, to custom homes and interiors.
The firm was recognized for designing Pennsylvania’s first underground home in the early 1980’s. As a second-generation owner, Simon perpetuates this entrepreneurial spirit and nouveau approach.
